I take stand-alone programs and link them together with my automated information delivery and response system.
This process allows me to determine which marketing methods are generating the best results for your home. Tracking these results provides a methodology for adjusting my marketing plan based on fulfilling your needs as a seller.
Traditional marketing methods I use
1. I enter your home in the local and regional MLS system.
An MLS, or Multiple Listing Service, is a private database used by realtors to exchange information about homes for sale. The goal of the database is to unite home buyers with home sellers.
As soon as you tell me that you would like me to represent you, I will publish the details of your home in the MLS database so other realtors can find it. This information is immediately available to other realtors.
2. I photograph your property for a variety of advertisements, home brochures, listings in magazines, the development of a web-based virtual tour and for inclusion in a website designated for the sale of your property (includes a unique domain name) plus my realtor website as well.
3. Magazines and newspapers in your area.
4. I also use a variety of the following methods to advertise your home:
- E-mail.
- Brochures for distribution to other realtors.
- Direct mail to potential buyers.
- I install a sign on your property.
- I host your Open Home.
- I give Broker Home Tours.
- I install a lockbox.
- I accept referrals (70% of all homes are sold through referrals).
